Professional Experience
1981 - Present :: Richard Polan Associates, Inc. President and Owner Full service architectural firm. As principal/manager, overall responsibility for design, project management, coordination and construction administration services. Extensive knowledge and use of AUTOCAD 2002, including Autodesk Architectural Desktop 3.3. Projects include: historical renovation, corporate offices, commercial redevelopment, multi-family and custom residential, restaurants, as well as architect/developer for conversion of church to residential condominiums.
1980 - 1981 :: Parsons & Baukhages, Inc. Associate Project architect for a variety of corporate office and industrial R&D clients.

- 1980 :: RTKL Associates, Inc. Project
Coordinator Architectural projects
included: high-rise office buildings, enclosed retail
malls, mixed-use buildings, hotels and college facilities.
